1.Your first walk

Open the app, tap Walks on the bottom bar, then Start Walk. That's it. The app records your route in the background — close the screen, lock your phone, the GPS keeps going.

Check in when you reach one of our 1,177+ mapped parks: 20 WAG XP, doubled while you're on a walk

Tip: Tap Stop Walk when you're done — don't just close the app. The summary screen is where you grab the share card and post to BreedFeed.

2.BreedFeed

BreedFeed is the social spine of the app. Auto-joined to your dog's breed at sign-up. Five layers wide:

Local — your suburb's owners
City — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane
State — NSW, VIC, etc.
Country — every dog of that breed in your country
Global — everyone, everywhere

Switch scopes from the top of the feed. Post photos, stats, walk recaps. React with paws. Pup and Alpha members can open every BreedBoard.

3.Parks

1,177+ real parks, mapped and searchable. The Parks tab shows what's active right now — who's there, when they checked in, how busy it is.

Check-in — the green pin shows live activity. By default only your friends can see you're there; you can change that to Everyone nearby or No one in Privacy & Data.
Reviews — fenced status, cleanliness, vibe, who's regular
Submit — found a park we don't have? Submit it from the map.

4.XP & levels

Every walk earns WAG XP, and WAG XP levels your dog up through the Season. Track your progress, level milestones and rewards in Season Pass. Completing Seasons earns Pawstige.

Alpha members get two 2x WAG XP tokens a month, each good for 35 days. Spend one on any walk you choose.

5.Wag Wars

Wag Wars are one-on-one challenges between two members' dogs. Pick who you're taking on, choose distance or number of walks, and set the length: 1, 3, 5 or 7 days, or 1 month. When time's up, whoever walked further (or more often) wins the war.
