What do you need help with?

Account & sign-in

Lost access, can't reset password, want to delete your account, want to download your data. Email support@tailwag.app with the email you signed up with.

Subscriptions & billing

Cancel, change tier, change payment method, refund request. Manage Apple IAP subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Manage Stripe (web) subscriptions on your Account page.

App not working

Crashes, sync issues, GPS not tracking, push notifications missing. Email with your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it failed. Screenshots help.

QR Smart Collars & merch

Order status, damaged item, returns, sizing, lost tag replacement. See our Returns policy or email with your order number.

Safety, harassment, or content reports

Report harmful content, harassment, or a safety issue. Use the Report button inside the app, or email safety@tailwag.app for urgent matters. We respond within 24 hours, sooner for urgent items, per our Community Standards.

Privacy & data requests

Download your data, delete your account, opt out of marketing. Email privacy@tailwag.app. We respond within 30 days per the Australian Privacy Act.

Lost dog

If your dog is missing, mark them as lost in the app — the QR tag flow takes over. If you have found a TailWag-tagged dog, scan the tag and follow the prompts. For urgent help finding an owner, email safety@tailwag.app.
